Limited Lifetime Product Warranty
This Limited Lifetime Product Warranty extends to the original retail purchaser of Custom Brands Group window covering products that have been properly installed and maintained according to our installation instructions and have not been modified in any way.
We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective product after it is returned to Custom Brands Group or one of our authorized dealers.
Important Notes About Natural Materials
Natural materials—especially wood—may warp when exposed to environmental elements. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by this warranty.
Repairs and replacements will be made using like or similar parts or products. While we make every effort to match colors and materials, variations may occur. We cannot guarantee an exact match to previous purchases or to other non-defective existing products, even if they are in or near the same opening.
If the original product, part, component, or operating system has been discontinued, we will repair or replace the defective item with the most similar available alternative at the time of service.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers Custom Brands Group products against defects in materials, mechanisms, workmanship, and failure to operate for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product, unless a shorter period is specified below.

- Return shipping label provided for goods less than 12 months old

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Abuse, accidents, misuse, or product alterations
- Environmental exposure such as sunlight, salt air, wind, moisture, humidity, or corrosive materials causing:
discoloration
fading
cracking
shrinking
stretching
warping
Failure to follow instructions for:
measurement
installation
cleaning
operation
maintenance
- Labor costs for removal and reinstallation
- Shipping costs for items older than 12 months

Custom Brands Group, its dealers, and distributors are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or any indirect loss, cost, or expense.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

- Applies only to blinds, shades, and shutters installed in residential dwellings
Care & Cleaning
How do I clean my Honeycomb Shades?
Honeycomb Shades are 100% polyester and are treated to help resist dust, dirt, and stains.
- Dusting – Dust your shades regularly using an ordinary soft, clean cloth, dust cloth or mitt, feather-like duster, or cylindrical dust brush specially designed for shades. Vacuuming For deeper cleaning, vacuum gently with a brush attachment.
- Compressed Air/Hair Dryer – Use a can of compressed air or a hand-held hair dryer on the COOL setting to blow off dust and debris.
- Spot Cleaning – Use a soft cloth or sponge moistened with lukewarm water and mild detergent. Blot gently to avoid creasing or damaging the fabric.
- Bathtub Cleaning/Water Immersion – This method can be used for most, but not all, honeycomb fabrics. DO NOT USE with any SoftStyle fabrics or Blackout fabrics. DO NOT immerse headrails on any operating system other than standard cordlock. Immerse the entire shade in lukewarm water with a mild detergent and gently move the water around with your fingers. Rinse with clear water. Close shade before removing, and hold vertically allowing the excess water to drain off. Re-install the damp shade into the window. Lower the shade all the way down and allow it to dry completely.
- Ultrasonic Cleaning – Professional ultrasonic cleaning is recommended for most, but not all, Honeycomb fabrics. DO NOT USE with any Blackout fabrics.
- Injection/Extraction Cleaning – This type of cleaning injects a cleaning solution into the fabric and immediately extracts the dirty solution. The service is typically performed in the home.
How do I clean my Banded Shades?
Banded Shades are 100% polyester and are treated to help resist dust, dirt, and stains.
- Dusting – Dust your shades regularly using a feather-like duster, or cylindrical dust brush specially designed for shades.
- Compressed air/Hair dryer (cool setting) – Use a can of compressed air or a hand-held hair dryer on the COOL setting to blow off dust and debris.
- Ultrasonic cleaning – Professional ultrasonic cleaning can be used.
- Vacuuming – Use a hand-held vacuum with low suction for more thorough dust removal.
Note: Banded Shades should not be spot-cleaned.
How do I clean my Roller and Panel Track Shades?
- Dusting – Dust your Roller shades regularly using an ordinary soft, clean cloth, dust cloth or mitt, feather-like duster, or cylindrical dust brush specially designed for shades.
- Vacuuming – For deeper cleaning, vacuum gently with a brush attachment.
- Compressed Air/Hair Dryer – Use a can of compressed air or a hand-held hair dryer on the COOL setting to blow off dust and debris.
- Spot Cleaning – (Screen shades and vinyls only) Use a soft cloth or sponge moistened with lukewarm water and mild detergent. Blot gently to avoid creasing or damaging the fabric. DO NOT USE this method on delicate woven fabrics.
